1. The operator can only operate this equipment after being fully familiar with and mastering the performance and working principles of the machine. This device must be operated by a dedicated person, and non operators are not allowed to open or move it randomly.
2. Before production, electrical appliances such as cables, circuit breakers, contactors, and motors should be checked to ensure they meet the requirements.
3. Before production, it is necessary to check whether the three-phase power supply is balanced, and it is strictly prohibited to start equipment due to phase loss.
4. During the production period, it is necessary to check whether each rotary joint is safe, whether the pipeline is unobstructed, whether there is any damage or oil leakage, and promptly eliminate them.
5. Before production, the hot oil machine must be turned on until the temperature reaches the required process temperature before production can begin. Before production, it is necessary to check whether the pressure of each pressure gauge is normal, whether there is any air leakage in the air circuit, and repair it in a timely manner
6. Before production, check the fastening of each connection for looseness or detachment, and promptly repair it.
7. Before mass production of equipment, a small-scale test should be conducted first, and only after success can mass production be carried out.
8. Before production, the lubrication condition of each hydraulic station, reducer, bearing box, screw, etc. should be checked, and hydraulic oil and lubricating oil should be added correctly and timely.
9. After stopping the machine, it is necessary to promptly clean the glue tank and scraping accessories, the mesh roller, and remove residual glue and dirt from all parts of the machine for future use.
10. It is strictly prohibited to bring corrosive liquids into contact with rubber rollers, and the surfaces of each transmission roller should be kept clean and free of foreign objects at all times.
11. It is strictly prohibited to stack debris around the hot oil machine, and the machine and its surroundings should be kept clean and free of foreign objects at all times. When the hot oil machine is working, it is strictly prohibited to touch the conveying oil pipe with hands.
